Policies

- Alterations are free of charge ONLY for garments sewn by íkhaN LLC within a weeks time of receiving your items. Please be sure you try on item(s) and that you are satisfied with the fit as soon as you receive them to avoid any extra fees. After a week, your sale is final.

- Garments not purchased from íkhaN will require a fee that will be discussed upon your inquiry. Alteration consultations can be booked on our website.

- Once orders are placed and processed, information on the order (size and height) can’t be changed. Customers are responsible for looking over our size chart and ensuring that they put the correct sizing for their order before submitting. 

- Please note that whichever option you selected at the time of placing your order— whether shipping or pickup (West Philly area) must remain the same. Constantly switching between the two is not feasible.

Additionally:

• If you initially chose shipping, you cannot switch to pickup unless you pay an additional fee.
• Shipping costs cannot be refunded to switch to pickup
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
• All shipping labels have been paid for and printed, so changes cannot be made at this stage.

- If you can’t pick up from our set pick up location (West Philly area) then please don’t select pick up. 

- If shipping fee is not paid this will result in your order being posted for sale and will not be eligible for a refund.

- Once orders are fulfilled and if you have selected pick up, pick up needs to be scheduled ASAP. Orders will not be held for over a week. Failure to pickup will result in you having to pay for shipping. Failure to pay shipping fee will result in your items being posted for sale and you will be ineligible for a refund. 

- Once your items have shipped, it should arrive to you within 1-3 business days (God willing). 

- All orders have a 2-4 business week turnaround time. For orders with 4+ garments please be mindful that this will extend the turnaround time by a week or 2. This to ensure all garments are made in the highest quality and not rushed. When ordering during busy seasons such as Ramadan/Eid please be mindful turnaround time is subject to increase to 3-6 business weeks. You may get your order before that time, but Allah knows best! I can’t make any guarantees and I advise all to be mindful of this. 

- Please note you will receive a message once your order is complete and ready for shipping/pickup, or if there is an issue that needs attention.

We kindly ask that you do not inquire about the status of your order before the stated completion time.

• Payment for orders placed directly through the head seamstress (Nahkí Mu’Min), are only accepted via Cash App ($ikhanllc) or Apple Pay (number will be provided when placing order). All orders require full payment. If your payment is not sent, then your order is not confirmed, which means it will not be started. This may result in your slot being taken or your item being sold to another customer.
• All payments are non-refundable unless your order qualifies for a refund. Any inconvenience caused on my end will result in 50% of paid total to be refunded, if the issue can't be resolved.

• All orders are completed in the order they have been received. If you need your order before the turnaround, you will be charged an additional rush fee. Rush order fees will be determined depending on how soon you need your items and will be discussed upon you placing your order. All rush orders are PICK UP ONLY!!
• Children garments run from infant size to height 4’9. If your child wears adult sizing you will be charged adult pricing.
• Orders for children require mandatory measuring prior to order being started. You can book to be measured on our website.

The policies and guidelines provided at the time of order are in place for a reason, and it is the customer's responsibility to read and understand them before placing an order.
